Once your order is received, it is swiftly directed to our production team, who initiate the process of handpicking your stone selections, verifying your specifications, and scheduling the casting of your piece without delay.
Production
Our skilled team of seasoned artisans will commence the production process. Every step, from casting to setting and finishing, is meticulously carried out by hand. Our artisans pay close attention to detail, ensuring that all the specifications mentioned in your order are faithfully represented in the final piece.
Completion
Upon completion of your order, our in-store consultants conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that every detail is impeccable. We strive for perfection in every aspect of your piece. Once we have confirmed that your order is ready for its new home, we will promptly contact you to discuss the arrangements for shipping or pickup.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We prioritize quality and request a timeframe of 6-8 weeks to complete your specified design. However, we work efficiently to deliver your item sooner. If you need a quicker turnaround, visit our showrooms with over 400 ready-to-purchase pieces or contact them to check availability. Simple sizing on our instore pieces take 1-3 weeks. For faster completion of customized orders, we offer a Rush Service completing orders in just 4 weeks. Contact us for more details.

Need Your Order In A Rush?
Experience expedited production of your order with our Rush My Order option. By selecting this service, your order will be given priority and completed within a swift 4-week timeframe, rather than the standard 6-8 week turnaround time. Once your order is ready, it will be promptly shipped to your specified address or made available for convenient pick up at our showroom.
Please take note of the following terms and conditions pertaining to Rush Orders:
- We strive to fulfill all rush orders within the designated 4-week timeframe. However, in the event of unforeseen delays, we will promptly notify our clients as soon as possible if the deadline cannot be met. In such cases, the rush fee will be fully refunded, and the original purchase will still be processed. Orders may not be cancelled
- Once placed, Rush Orders cannot be canceled.
- Custom orders, including rush orders, are also considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Full payment is required for Rush Orders.
