2. Informed Consent

4. Aftercare and Maintenance

Moissy Fine Jewellery - Eternity Links is not responsible for any tarnishing of metals or exposure that may impact the appearance or durability of your jewelry. Moissy Fine Jewellery - Eternity Links is not responsible for chain breakage, as chain stability is not covered under warranty. Breakage at the weld point will be re-welded at no charge. Other breakages incur repair fees.

5. Final Sale and Non-Refundable

• I understand that all permanent jewelry purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Permanent jewelry services are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund once applied.

6. Photography and Media Consent

• I consent to Moissy Fine Jewelry - Eternity Links taking photos or videos of my permanent jewelry application experience for promotional purposes.
