* Sizing ~ One complimentary sizing (up to 2 sizes, size 9 and up subject to additional fee $100-$200)
(complimentary sizing 90 days after original purchase pick up/delivery)
* Additional Sizing ~ $45.00 (industry standard $90-$120)
* Replacement of accent stones up to 2.5mm and small melee fancy cut
* Jewelry Ultrasonic Cleaning , Polishing Re Rhodium Plating ~ Off Site ~ Once Per Year
Lifetime: The lifetime of the individual purchasing the product or the lifetime of the first person the product is gifted to. Owner lifetime ceases if ownership of the product is subsequently transferred to another party. Product Lifetime: This lifetime ceases at the point where the product is altered from its original form as described in the POS receipt or Certificate of Authenticity

Production Time:
Please allow 4-6 weeks for the production of your custom earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. Each piece is individually crafted according to your specified preferences, ensuring a unique and personalized item.
Custom-Made Items:
As these jewelry items are custom made based on your requests, they are not eligible for exchange or return. Please ensure that all details in your order are correct before finalizing, as modifications cannot be made once production has commenced.
One-Year Complimentary Warranty:
Our commitment to quality is covered by a complimentary one-year warranty on all our custom jewelry pieces, covering:
• Tightening of Loose Stones: We will secure any stones that become loose within the warranty period.
• Repairs on Manufacturing Defects: We will repair any defects that arise from the manufacturing process. Please note this warranty does not cover accidental damage, broken jewelry, wear and tear, or issues arising from improper use.
• Jewelry Ultrasonic Cleaning: Bring your jewelry to our showroom for a complimentary ultrasonic cleaning, ensuring your pieces maintain their sparkle and shine.
